* Add files via upload

* 本域内鏡像靜態資源以修復圖標跨域請求被拒問題

直接調用 https://ko-fi.com/img/githubbutton_sm.svg 會導致 403 錯誤

* Update and rename githubbutton_sm.svg to kofi.svg
